1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Graft mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Graft provides personal relationship management tools, multi-source contact synchronization (Apple, Google, Microsoft), duplicate contact identification, activity timeline tracking, and event invite list tools.
3. User Accounts & OAuth Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. When connecting third-party accounts (Apple iCloud, Google, Microsoft), you warrant that you are the lawful owner of or authorized user of such accounts.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for sending unsolicited spam or unauthorized marketing outreach.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit API endpoints.
- Upload malicious software or bypass authentication tokens.
5. Intellectual Property & License
The Graft application, brand trademarks, logos, code, and interface designs are owned exclusively by Graft Software Technologies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on authorized mobile devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting [email protected].
